everything was nice, magnificent location near the main avenues of rotorua, less than five minutes drive from the lake, rotorua for a life celebration for an aunt and all the shops, restaurants, superfriendly staff. comforts of studio suite with a double bed were fabulous. i enjoyed that they had central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea makers.

Its location just a short stroll away from Te Puia was comfortable and handy. It was located in a very nice area.

Overall the service was excellent. The staff and the host were all very nice. The location for Rotorua was marvellous and lovely, short walk to the city centre and other amenities of interest, frequent buses that stopped a very short walk away, and many attractions.
